Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell PS2 Review

Thanks for checking out my Splinter Cell review for the PS2.

The Good: The stealth is so realistic, that it could've been rated M with a little push. There's no blood, but the action is intense, realistic, and sometimes, scary. This movie definitely redefines action altogether.

The cinematics make you forget that this is a game, because it's treated like a movie. The first 30 minute intro shows the story and it could be a great movie with just that scene. Brilliant.

Sam Fisher is a cool, dark, and intense character. Just his voice can give you goosebumps. Awesome.

The PS2 has an exclusive level in a nuclear power plant.

The graphics are the best PS2 graphics you'll ever see, especially in the intro.

The Bad: Whoa. This game is pretty hard. It can be so hard, that it could frustrate you.

They never give you enough ammo until the second half.

Overall: An intense, action-packed thrill ride of a video game, and although it's pretty tough on a lot of parts, it is beautiful to look at, and redefines action and stealth altogether. 8.5/10.

You already reviewed this. But I still agree, quite possibly in my top 5 PS2 games.
