Top 10 Most Anticipated Movies of The Summer!

Thanks for checking out my most anticipated movies of the summer! The word's highlighted link to the particular movie's website. Here you go:

10. Night At The Museum:

This movie looks like a great
sequel to Night at the Museum,
which I was a big fan of.

I enjoyed the Da Vinci
Code, and this looks
flat-out exciting.
Can't wait for this one!

8. Up

I absolutely love PIXAR,
so I obviously can't wait
for this movie!
It also looks hilarious!

Big fan of the Ice Age
series, and this looks
hilarious! I can't wait
for this, and hopefully
in 3-D.

Yeah, yeah, I know. I had this
#2 on my most anticipated movies
of the year list, but after seeing
recent trailers of it, it just doesn't look
as good. But, having said that, this still
looks like a great movie, with good action
scenes and a cool storyline.

You can tell it's a good movie
when you're dying to see it
after you see the Super
Bowl commercial for it.
Yep, after the commercial
I immediately got excited.

I haven't seen any of the
Star Trek movies, but
this is a prequel,
and the trailer
is awesome.

Who doesn't love Harry Potter? Can't
wait for this movie! There's a
2/10 chance I'll see it in
IMAX.

Loved the first Transformers, and
I love the fact the bad guys are
out for revenge, so there will
probably be more action scenes.
Can't wait for Transformers 2!

X-Men 1, 2, and 3 are some of
my favorite movies of all-time
Wolverine is my favorite character.
This movie looks amazing and may
in fact be as good (not better) as
the Dark Knight.
The 2nd trailer is one of my favorite
trailers of all-time.
So bring me X-Men Origins: Wolverine!

Taken Coming To DVD and Blu-Ray!

Here's the cover art for Taken. It's coming out this May. I don't though the exact date, but the cover art is awesome. I'm going to try and earn money to buy it on Blu-Ray, since I didn't see it in theaters. It still looks awesome!

Knowing Review

Thanks for checking out my review of Knowing.

The Good: First off, the story is thrilling. It comes up with amazing ideas that I can't spoil right now.

The Special Effects were incredible. They were loud and realistic. The plane wreck and train wreck were phenomenal, and the last special effect sequence (I can't give it away) is amazing.

I love Nicolas Cage, and I think he did pretty well in this movie, along with the character's son. The other actors or actresses were pretty average, though.

This movie had a lot of heart and sadness in it. You get into these characters and care about them, and one part of the movie about made me cry.

About 4 and 5 scenes in this movie are truly frightening, and had me on the edge of my seat.

You'll be surprised that this movie is not only a mystery-thriller, but also SCIENCE-FICTION.

The Bad: I wish there could have been more special-effects sequences.

Overall: One of the best movies of the year so far. It'll probably get passed up, but right now it's probably 1, 2, or 3 on the best films of the year list. A frightening, suspenseful, and exciting sci-fi-thriller with heart and sadness in it that will have conversations afterward. Knowing is a must-see movie. 9.5/10.

Look at Roger Ebert's Review of Knowing!

Oh, WOW! You know how I want to see Knowing, right? Well, the most famous and great critic of all-time, Roger Ebert gave 4/4 stars to "Knowing" and said that it was "among the best science fiction films he's ever seen." He says it's "frightening, suspenseful intelligent, and when it needs to be, awesome." For the full Roger Ebert review click here. Now I really can't wait to see this movie, because the man who is 95% right all the time (rated R movies he gives thumbs up too I disagree with) said that Knowing was one of the best science fiction films he's ever seen! I really hope I can see it this weekend!
